We aim to respond around 1-2 business days. However, response times may be slower during holiday periods or weekends.
You can contact us by sending an email to TheARCA3D@gmail.com. When emailing us, please make sure to include as much information as possible regarding your issue, as well as your order number. If you do not have your order number, we can also look up your order number with the name, email address and delivery address provided at checkout.
Our team is small and we handle customer service ourselves. We aim to have a turnaround response time of 1-2 business days. Additionally, please check your spam and junk filters, and ensure you have space in your inbox to recieve emails.

So sorry that it happened! While we do our very best to ensure that our products are packed properly, issues are always possible during shipping which can lead to the product being damage in transit. If one of the items in your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with an image of the items you recieved, and the shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with its tracking information.
Our products are typically made to order. Our orders are typically dispatched within a week. This does not include weekends and holidays.
If this is happening, it could be due to higher traffic, holidays, or possibly because it's a larger order. If your order was shipped and hasn't recieved tracking updates in a long time, please contact us.
This tracking status indicates that your order is currently with the local carrier. As they work down their list of orders to deliver, it may take a few business days for them to get to your order.
It's possible it may have been delievered to the wrong apartment , to a neighbor or your buildings front desk or mailroom. Check those places first. Please note that in some cases, the package will be marked as delivered when it is actually out for delivery. Double check that you put in the correct address as well as apartment number if needed.
This can happen for many reasons, and cause the package to be deemed as undeliverable. The most common reason being an issue with the apartment number. If your package has been returned to sender, pelase contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
We know how decieveing other 3D prints may look online. We do our best to make our prints have support structure within them to not only give them weight, but to also ensure they don't break easily.
All items are mostly made with Bambu's Matte PLA filament.
